My client is a Multi- National Recruitment company with offices in New York, Singapre and Dubai, as well as the head office in London. They are currently experiencing significant growth and as such are looking to expand their team. Their client list includes some of worlds leading organisations within Finance, Technology, Manufacturing and Consultancy. You will have the opportunity to work with them from day one.
They are currently looking to recruit a team of 5 Graduates for their Business Development Team. You will be put through and award winning training programme teaching you the skills needed for new business development. This is a consultative sales role and you will initially be sourcing new clients over the phone. Therefore any telesales or direct business to business sales experience would be highly beneficial.
As with any sales role you need to be passionate about what you sell and have a genuine interest in the business. You will be a competitive individual looking for a challenging sales role. You will have a genuine drive to build a successful, progressive career in sales. This will help you to achieve substantial financial rewards and career progression much faster than with most graduate schemes in other industries.
You will receive a starting basic salary of £20k, which will be reviewed after 6 months. You will be able to earn commission from day one as you start selling, building up your own client base and developing new business. Proactive candidates will quickly realise the opportunity for individual development in this role. Last years top biller took home in excess of £100k.
