Job Description

An outstanding position has become available for a Telesales Debt Management Advisor within a financial services company. Working within a fast-paced and vibrant call centre, the role involves working with customers to successfully manage their debts and eventually become debt-free.

 

As a successful candidate, you will be a proven salesperson with at least two years sales experience, preferably in a finance-related role, and can demonstrate excellent sales figures. You will be used to working towards and exceeding targets. You will also have a good work ethic and desire to succeed and be the best.

 

In return, my client is offering a basic salary of £20-£22k with an OTE of £40k. If you are proven to be highly successful after the first three months, there is an excellent chance of being offered a company car.

 

The working environment is exciting with a team of around 60-70 Telesales Advisors. The company recognises the importance of a motivated workforce, and therefore, there are various ongoing daily and weekly incentives. They boast excellent social activities for staff as well.
