Job Description

Your role will be covering the Glasgow area and by joining the Direct Sales force, you'll recruit, train, coach and lead a team of Direct Sales Agents to achieve sales targets. Using your ambition, self-motivation and outgoing and friendly personality, you'll lead by example, exceeding your own sales targets at indoor and outdoor sales venues such as motorway service areas, supermarkets, shopping centres and town centres. All your expenses i.e. travel and hotel accommodation etc will be covered by the company.

As a Direct Sales Team Leader you will:
* Recruit, train, coach and develop a team of predominantly Self-Employed sales agents.
* Support the sale of company products and services through face-to face channels, in particular Direct Sales.
* Develop activities and initiatives that have a positive impact on sales results, through to achieving specific key performance indicators, objectives and sales targets.
* Allocating Direct Sales Agents to specific pitches.

Responsibilities
* Profitably deliver team sales targets while adhering to compliance, health and safety and corporate governance standards.
* Identify, develop and negotiate access to sales venues and facilitate the selection of sites by Agents to ensure sales opportunities are maximised and cost per sale kept to a minimum.
* Deliver personal sales, as agreed by the National Sales Manager.
* Provide accurate reports on team sales results as required by Sales Managers.
* Train new Sales Agents in product knowledge, sales process and approach to ensure competence to sell.  
* Identify ongoing training needs for Sales Agents and conduct required training and coaching.
* Observe and assess sales competence of Sales Agents and ensure adequate records are kept in line with the current Training and Competence Scheme.
* Ensure that the customer experience is of the highest possible quality and customers are treated fairly.

As well as great company benefits, you'll receive a company vehicle and fuel card, together with a salary of 21K basic and an easily achievable OTE of 30K-40K.

To apply for this role you must have supervisory / management experience in a sales environment and you must have a valid driving licence and proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
