Our client, a leading financial services provider, is currently looking to recruit an Area Manager to cover the East Midlands, essentially to lead and coach a group of branches to deliver exceptional performance against collections targets.
Duties will include:
Successful candidates will have previous experience as an Area Manager Designate or equivalent industry experience within the collections sector, with positive feedback from managers and peers.
In return our client offers a basic salary of £40,000 plus bonus, with excellent company benefits such as company car, 27 days holiday, pension, healthcare, share save schemes and share incentive schemes.
