Area Manager
£40,000 OTE £57,000

Our client, a leading financial services provider, is currently looking to recruit an Area Manager to cover the East Midlands, essentially to lead and coach a group of branches to deliver exceptional performance against collections targets.

Duties will include:

• Effectively communicate company information in a professional manner
• Ensure the training and coaching of each member of staff in the area is up to date and effective.
• Manage and motivate the area team
• Ensure the area achieves agreed quality and standards
• Plan resources to meet branch growth / new opening
• Effectively handle and resolve any disciplinary or grievance issues arising in the area
• Conduct full audit visits, regular branch visits, monthly one to ones with each manager, quarterly and annual appraisals for each Branch Manager

Successful candidates will have previous experience as an Area Manager Designate or equivalent industry experience within the collections sector, with positive feedback from managers and peers.

In return our client offers a basic salary of £40,000 plus bonus, with excellent company benefits such as company car, 27 days holiday, pension, healthcare, share save schemes and share incentive schemes.
