Product Trainer - Online / Web / Software
Location: Norwich / Norfolk - some travel
Salary: Circa £22k + package (Subject to experience)

Online / Web Product Trainer - brief outine

To effectively train clients on web-based products.
To carry out internal and external training as required.
Updating technical and user guides.
Deal with client queries.
Marketing of product.
Input into online newsletter for clients.
Provide 8-12 training workshops per year at strategic places throughout the country ensuring venue, training materials and technical back-up is in place.
Online / Web Product Trainer - Key Duties & Focus
Liaise with Account Manager and Technical Sales Manager as to when training sessions are to be held and booking-in of clients.
Liaise with BDM for attendance at external key account training sessions as necessary and liaise with clients to ensure training venue is adequate and materials are in place.
Ensure training details are sent to clients.
Ensure training room and all necessary training materials are in place for each session.
Liaise with BDM on additional training sessions for new clients.
Work with BDM/Account Manager on generating revenue through additional training offer over and above contracted allowance.
Arrange suitable/convenient times to give short telephone training slot to clients when help is requested by client.
Represent the business at external events including conferences and awards and regional workshops.
Review and amend key features documents, user guides, instruction and technical manuals both printed and online and relevant catalogue entries.
Liaise with Press and PR on promotion of training.
Build presentations.
Academic Skills Required

* Graduate.
* Certificate in Training Practice (CIPD) or similar.
Essential Experience & Skills
-
* Previous experience of training of online products.
* Good understanding of online products
* Ability to grasp technical details
* Sales-based experience
