Senior Account Manager
Derby
Our client a leading financial services organisation is looking to recruit a Senior Account Manager to join its expanding team.
On a daily basis you will largely be assisting and motivating your team to grow existing accounts, find solutions for customers who are in arrears, and re-negotiate payment plans as well as securing new business applications from enquiries via telephone and face to face.
You will be working 35 hours per week Monday to Friday, usually between the hours of 9- 5 pm; however suitable candidates need to be flexible into the early evenings and occasional Saturday mornings to suit business needs.
Successful candidates will have previous team leader experience within the financial services industry, ideally with some collections knowledge.
In return our client offers an excellent basic salary of £23,000 with the potential to earn 100% of your salary as commission. You will also receive excellent company benefits including 25 days holiday, pension, life assurance and share save scheme.
A driving license is essential, as you would need to carry out home visits to your customers as part of the role. Our client offers a fantastic training package, and genuine career progression.
