Insolvency (IVA), Debt Management Sales & Customer Service, Chesterfield, to £16K
Position: Customer Service Centre Advisor & Debt Management / IVA Sales Advisors, Ex-Mortgage Advisors
Location: Chesterfield
Salary: £14k - £16k

COMPANY:
The Company deals with a wide spectrum of monetary & non monetary solutions for their customers. These range from secured loans, personal loans, to debt management and IVA leads.
ROLES:
Due to a recent merger and expansion of the business there are now vacancies in the Customer Service Centre which is responsible for converting leads into live applications and transferring the customers to the relevant sales teams. As a Customer Service Centre Advisor you will be at the forefront of the business dealing with everything from the inputting of an application to dealing with general enquiries in relation to existing customers.
They are also looking to recruit Debt Management / Insolvency (IVA) Advisors / Ex Mortgage Advisors and given the current climate within financial services, these positions have real potential. The role involves speaking to potential clients and advising them of the best financial solutions available for their situation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer Service Centre Advisor:
a) Make outgoing calls from workflow/worksheets within agreed service level agreements.
b) Use appropriate questioning and objection handling techniques along with listening skills to capture required information from customers.
c) Positively communicate and actively share ideas throughout the department.
d) Strict adherence to the Data Protection Act & Financial Service Authority regulations.
Debt Management / IVA Sales Advisor:
a) Talking to people in financial difficulty and ensuring the best outcome for the individual and the business.
b) You will be required to demonstrate problem solving of clients enquires and negotiation skills during initial contact through to first payment
c) This will involve chasing in packs, docs and payments, as well as any other information required to secure a customer with the business.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
Contact Centre Advisor:
a) Pleasant and professional telephone manner.
b) Competent IT skills.
c) Competent Literacy and numeracy skills.
d) Good attention to detail.
e) Flexible with working hours to ensure business needs are met.
Debt Management / IVA Sales Advisor
a) Excellent communicator and negotiator.
b) Organised and self motivated.
c) Industry experience.
d) A proven track record in sales and above all hungry for money.
e) Must be able to work flexible hours and have a winning mentality.
