INTERNAL ACCOUNT MANAGER - SURREY - £20 - 23K, OTE 30% OF SALARY
This is an excellent opportunity to work for this market leader in the field of psychometrics and occupational assessment in the workplace. They have 160 different products including Ability, aptitude, psychometric testing and personality questionnaires.
They also offer HR Consultancy - advising HR managers on change, training programs i.e. how to interview, executive coaching, at a recently built state of the art centre. Opportunities abound in this company with their aggressive expansion plans throughout the UK, Europe North America and Africa.
THE ROLE
* Internally based role working with a portfolio of existing clients
* Increase revenue by following up campaigns, promoting new and existing products
* Manage the client database ensuring information is correct for direct mailing activities
* Manage relationships and accurately forecast future sales activity.
THE PERSON
* Previous sales experience
* Strong computer skills including database management
* Good numerical and verbal skills
* Confident, self-motivated and commercially minded
POA
* Salary - £20 - 23K
* OTE - 30% of basic salary
* 25 days holiday
