Job Description

CALL CENTRE STAFF - SWANSEA - £15,600 BASIC + 1ST YEAR REALISTIC £30,000 - £50,000 OTE

Call Centre staff sought by my client who is a highly successful multi-product contact centre, recognised as the largest claims referral company in the UK and is fast becoming a market leader within the highly competitive world of Insurance services.

Due to their continued success and expansion they are now recruiting for call centre staff to work from their prestigious Swansea location.

THE ROLE

  • As a Call Centre Executive you will be contacting consumers (B2C) via a well-qualified database to promote various products and services offered by the company e.g. Insurance products and claims management services
  • You will be based from the state of the art Swansea contact centre
  • This role is a combination of sales, telesales, customer services and marketing.
  • You will be working Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:30

THE PERSON

  • The successful call centre executive will ideally come from a similar background e.g. sales, telesales, debt advisor, customer services, financial advisor, contact centre, call centre, call handler, claims handler, direct sales or lead generation.
  • However experience is not essential as full training will be provided
  • You must have a good work ethic, articulate, outgoing and an excellent telephone manner
  • The role is based in Swansea, so you must be within commutable distance

THE PACKAGE

  • £15,600 per annum Basic Salary (Paid Weekly)
  • £30,000 - £50,000 OTE Year 1 - Uncapped
  • 20 days + statutory holidays
