In this important role you will be responsible for the leadership, coaching and development of the team and achievement of stretching Sales and Service business objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years proven experience of leadership ability in a sales environment
- Excellent planning, communications and organisational skills
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and sales
- Previous experience in a results driven sales environment
- Familiarity with retail banking, insurance and/or financial services
- Flexibility to accommodate weekends and evening working hours where required
