Field Collections Manager
Birmingham
Our client is currently looking for a successful field based manager to lead a team of up to 12 field agents in the collections department of this nationally acclaimed finance provider.
You will be supervising weekly collections and maximizing bad debt recovery. Responsibilities will also include setting targets for the team, monitoring performance, providing feedback and support, training and development. You will be office and field based.
Candidates will be required to have a proven track record in team management preferably within the financial services industry - collections experience would be a great advantage. You must also have experience of meeting and achieving targets and deadlines and possess excellent communication skills.
You must have a valid driving licence.
In return our client will offer a salary of £15k basic with a 100% bonus scheme along with a company car, excellent career progression, pension, life assurance and share save incentive scheme.
