Debt Management Advisor
Reading
£17,500 - £19,000 OTE £35,000
Our client, a leader in the financial services market, is looking to recruit a Debt Management Advisor to join their busy team. This is an exciting opportunity to join this expanding national finance provider.
The department deals with customers who have missed payments or are in arrears on their personal loans. Your role will be to maintain a relationship with these customers ensuring they keep up to date with their repayments and collect in any outstanding amounts.
You will be largely office based dealing with customers over the telephone, however you will also be required to visit customers in their own homes in order to renegotiate payment plans on a face to face basis or to collect any payments that will stop their account going further into arrears.
It is essential that you are a driver with you own car - all petrol costs will be covered by the company.
You will need to be fairly flexible with regards to hours - some evening work and occasional Saturdays will be required.
Successful candidates will have some knowledge of debt management procedures, be confident and computer literate with an excellent telephone manner.
In return our client will offer a basic salary of £17,500 - £19,000 with regular pay reviews and the opportunity to earn 100% of your salary as a bonus. You will also receive excellent company benefits including 25 days holiday, pension scheme and genuine opportunities for career development.
