Business Development Manager Outsourcing into Public Sector
50-60k Base, 80-100k OTE + Bens

Our client is an integral part of one of the UK's leading Business Process Outsourcing groups, offering specialist employee benefits consulting, administration and human resource management solutions. With their ever expanding portfolio of tailored solutions and expertise that extends across a broad range of consulting and management services, they are well placed to meet with today's ever changing business requirements. Due to continued growth they now have an exciting opening for an experienced Business Development Manager to sell outsourced solutions into Central Government and other public sector organisations
This exciting position will take the lead in business generation activities that will focus on generating outsourced solution revenue within the public sector. This strategic sales role will liaise at board level within both new and targeted accounts where you will identify, propose and close innovative solutions. Applications are being invited from those candidates who are able to demonstrate a solid record of achievement within a senior sales role selling solutions or services into Central Government and other public sector organisations. You will have an entrepreneurial flair, a strategic approach, first class communication and presentation skills and the ability to liaise and influence at every level.
Upon appointment the successful candidate can expect a base salary circa 50-60k with an uncapped OTE of 80-100k plus an additional and generous benefits package.
