PA to the Regional Manager
£16,000 - £19,000 dependent on experience
Our client, a leader in the financial services industry based in Telford is looking to recruit a PA to the Regional Manager who will be an integral part of his team.
Your main daily duties will consist of:
· Planning the working day
· Organising travel and accommodation
· Taking and typing up of minutes in meetings
· Dealing with emails
· Typing audits and notes from one to ones
· All other general administration and office duties
Successful candidates will have previously worked within a PA role with strong PA and high level secretarial skills, and be fully computer literate with all Microsoft Office applications.
Ideal working hours would be Monday to Friday, either 8am - 4pm or 8.30am - 4.30pm.
In return our client will offer a salary of £16,000 - £19,000 dependant on experience and excellent company benefits including 25 days holiday, pension and share save scheme.
