Job Description

THE COMPANY
Our client is part of one of the worlds largest banking groups. They are the division that are responsible for point of sale and promotional finance and insurance products.

They offer tailor made credit solutions to work with sales processes in supporting dealers, retailers, businesses or online. Since its inception 4 years ago this division has gone from strength to strength.

THE ROLE
This is an exciting and highly visible role. As the National Sales Account Manager you will take responsibility for managing and driving sales of point of sale finance through two diverse channels.

The first is one of the world?s most prestigious brands and my client holds the exclusive agreement throughout the UK, Dealing with senior directors through to store staff you will be responsible for the finance penetration through 70 stores across the UK.

The second channel the National Account Sales Manager will look after will be the international time share market. Worth in excess of £150 million of secured loans you will hold you relationships at director level. Implementing sales incentives, marketing plans and training schedules this role will involve an element of international travel to southern Europe and the United States.

THE PERSON
Applicants currently working as an Account Manager, Business Development Manager, Sales Manager or other relationship based roles with a provable track record of success are invited to apply if they have -
Essential
* Proven track record in managing profitable business relationships
* Strong analytical skills
* Ability to train and motivate
* Well organised with a structured approach
* Good presentation skills
* Ability to travel throughout the UK

Desirable

* Previous experience in financial services
* A knowledge of the consumer finance and retail finance markets
* A knowledge of Point of Sale finance
