THE COMPANY
Our client is part of one of the worlds largest banking groups. They are the division that are responsible for point of sale and promotional finance and insurance products.
They offer tailor made credit solutions to work with sales processes in supporting dealers, retailers, businesses or online. Since its inception 4 years ago this division has gone from strength to strength.

THE ROLE
Working closely with the Sales Director the Business Development Director will be tasked with strategically identifiying and developing profitable, new accounts across a diverse range of sectors. Ranging from retail, home improvement, utilities and travel amongst others.
Supported by an excellent internal team who will aid you with bids, tenders, pricing and general administration you will be left to develop relationships at board level.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work at a senior level with one of the UKs most respected organisations.
THE PERSON
Applicants currently working as an Account Manager, Business Development Manager, Sales Manager or new business based roles with a provable track record of success are invited to apply if they have -
Essential
* Proven track record in developing new, profitable business relationships
* Strong analytical skills
* Comfortable dealing at board level
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* A consultative sales approach
* Well organised with a structured approach
* Good presentation skills
* Ability to travel throughout the UK
Desirable
* Previous experience in financial services
* A knowledge of the consumer finance and retail finance markets
* A knowledge of Point of Sale or vendor finance
