Job Description

My client is a leading medical device company looking for a Regional Sales Manager based in the South UK.

My client is looking for a dynamic, driven and ambitious sales person with experience of RSM responsibilities & direct reports. Applicants MUST have either: Relevant experience in Medical/Pharmaceutical Sales.

Additional skills required:

Proven sales success achieving sales targets

Strong time and territory management experience within a procedural Sales Process

A high degree of clinical and commercial knowledge

Excellent communication skills

High levels of commitment, enthusiasm and drive

Sound business acumen with a potential to develop

Demonstrated strong management, mentoring and coaching experience

Be based on the region or willing to relocate

Basic salary is £45k - £55k DOE. Benefits include OTE + full corporate package.
