Our client, part of an established multinational Group, is a world leader in the development and supply of a range of innovative, high-tech sensors and sensor packages to the high volume automotive market. The company's success to date is based on their ability to design and manufacture bespoke MEMS solutions to meet the demands of a variety of applications and customer needs, with a focus on performance, quality, reliability and affordability.
Leading a small team, this hands-on role will have responsibility for developing profitable business within the automotive sector through the provision of new and existing sensor solutions. Operating on an international basis, the role will involve managing and growing established accounts, whilst identifying and building key strategic relationships with potential customers, OEMs, partners and suppliers.
Candidates, of degree calibre, are likely to have a technical background and will have a proven track record selling high-tech solutions, ideally into the automotive sector. Experience of managing a small team is highly desirable and candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to capitalise on new business opportunities through the application of customisable technology and to build effective relationships with customers globally.
