South East - Chertsey - Surrey
An International Sales Manager is required for a Surrey based company to manage and motivate a sales team and to drive new business sales internationally
This is a very exciting opportunity for the right individual to make a real impact in growing an entrepreneurial business. Conrico International require a Sales Manager to take overall responsibility for the Company's sales to Humanitarian, Corporate and Government sectors. Your main responsibilities will be to develop sales action plans to ensure sales and profitability targets are achieved. This will include developing existing business and developing new business internationally. You will also develop, manage and motivate a sales team of 6 people. You will be based in Chertsey and required to travel approximately 1 week per month to various locations including: Africa, Europe and the US.
You must have a proven and successful track record developing new business internationally and have the ability to manage and motivate a sales team. You will be very results driven, demonstrate commercial acumen and have a strong focus on service and customer satisfaction. You will have excellent communication and presentation skills and be able to make an instant impact in this growing business. Ideally you will have Automotive experience however this is not essential. You must also be able to commute to Chertsey in Surrey and be willing to travel frequently.
Conrico International is an international Export Distributor of Motor Vehicles, Capital Goods and related services. From Chertsey in Surrey, they export products all over the developing world and have the distribution rights for Land Rover, Jaguar, Volvo and Ford vehicles in a number of markets in Sub Sahara Africa and the Caribbean. In addition to this, Conrico specialise in supplying vehicles, parts and service to international organisations, including the United Nations, charities, governments and multinational companies, as well as diplomats and private individuals.
Conrico employs over 50 staff and has an annual turnover of £30 million. The company is privately owned, with plans to expand its operations significantly over the next three years, both geographically and with the range of products and services offered to customers.
