Job Description

OEM Account Manager - Prototype Services

Location - South Yorkshire

The Company:
OEM Account Manager required to join a well established, market leading prototype services organisation who are ever present in the Automotive sector. . This vacancy is open to all technical sales engineers who have sales experience selling solution led products into the Automotive sector dealing with both OEM and Tier 1 and TIER 2 suppliers.

The Role:
As the OEM Account Manager you will have the following duties and responsibilities:
 You will be responsible for the growth of services across the UK where you will develop business with both existing and new customers.
 The role is a field sales role where you will spend 3 days out on the road and the other two days in the office carrying out proposal, quoting and report work.
 As the service is solution led you will be responsible for understanding customer applications from inception and then being responsible for the project management until delivery of service.
 You will work closely with the application engineers in order to close out any technical issues with the customers.



The ideal OEM Account Manager will have the following
 Minimum HNC/ONC in mechanical engineering

 Technical Sales experience

 Technical sales experience of selling solution led products into ideally to OEM's and Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers
