Field Sales - Automotive Aftermarket

£14K - c£20-£22K OTE + Company Vehicle (Growing to c£30K OTE potential)

North West - expanded territory // expanded potential

This expanding  / innovative supplier to the Automotive Aftermarket are designers, manufacturers and suppliers of time saving tools and components that assist garages / auto repairers to improve profitability and service to their clients.

They are specialists in providing products that are truly multi-fitting, selling direct to end users and providing immediate or next day delivery.

You will be joining a company which has grown continuously over its 14 year history and is continuing to expand despite the current recession as consumers look to retain and service vehicles rather than replace them. They pride themselves in building lasting relationships with their clients, offering a fast, efficient service to supply a compact range of auto parts with a broad coverage including filters, spark plugs, cv boot kits and other fast moving components.

This role will initially be a 70 / 30 new business and account management role based wholly from home. As the business evolves the balance will change.  It will be a targeted role based on account, new client or new product growth as well as servicing / developing existing accounts. This role will be face/face working the designated territory on a structured call plan to reach all auto repair business in the area. It will be a role supplying to order from carried stock or by next day delivery. There is a mix of existing, lapsed and prospective clients.  There is huge potential to develop a substantial business.

This role will suit someone with high levels of energy', who is extremely self-motivated and enjoys the flexibility / autonomy of managing their own business'. They need to have a strong affinity / empathy with the auto repair market and be able to sell on quality / service / delivery and not on price. (NB - The top earner in the UK is making c260 sales calls / visits per month and so c200 per month would be an expectation / average to be successful)

This is an excellent opportunity, which provides a fresh and challenging environment but a market that has a huge potential. The role is to cover NW England and into North Wales. This will cover a territory within the area of North Wales, Blackpool, Lancashire and Cheshire and including Manchester. The ideal candidate must live centrally to that area.
