This is an exciting opportunity for a General Manager to join a fast growing entrepreneurial business with an established business in the US

As General Manager you will have profit and loss responsibility for Zipcar in London and the UK. The customer services, marketing, sales and ops functions for the UK will all report into this role and you will ultimately be targeted by maintaining revenue levels and increasing membership and therefore market share.

We are seeking an energetic, creative, driven Regional General Manager to join the team in the London HQ. You will oversee our rapidly expanding London Area Operations, working with Senior Leadership based in Boston and reporting directly to the Regional Vice President Europe. You will be looking to work well in a dynamic, high growth, entrepreneurial environment.

The main purpose of this position is to manage the area's revenue and expense goals, day-today operations and the continued career development and advancement of staff, and support high standards for customer service.
You may have experience within the Retail, Service, Hospitality or related industries with multi-site experience. Previous P&L responsibility is essential as is growing a business from both a Sales and Marketing perspective. You will also be customer centric and have a high focus on QA and Customer care. Any local government experience in addition to b2b and b2c experience will also be valuable.
