TRAINEE SALES ENGINEER/ GRADUATE SALES ENGINEER
20-25K + FULL TRAINING

The ethos is epitomised by the fact that the UK division has doubled in size in the last 2 years. As a result of winning some high profile projects with some of the biggest names in UK manufacturing the business needs to rapidly increase head count to cope with demand.
THE ROLE
As a trainee sales engineer you will initially be office based. You role will be to provide full technical sales support to the field sales team and customer base. You will be taking incoming orders, solving technical problems as well as putting quotes together and following them up with the customer. As you develop competence in the role you will be encouraged to starting visit customers to build stronger relationships.
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal trainee sales engineer must satisfy the following criterion:
" Be a technical graduate or have hands on engineering experience
" Be passionate and committed to building a career in sales
" Share the company ethos of wanting to be the best
" Be a UK resident or have a least a HSMP
THE BENEFITS
The successful trainee sales engineer will be given full technical and sales training both in the UK and at HQ in Germany. Success will be recognised with progression into full time sales and then into people management
