Job Description

Applicants must have a proven track record in a used car sales management environment and be able to demonstrate an ability to proactively manage and develop the department. You will have a clear focus on achieving the highest possible standards of performance from your team and the leadership skills to ensure you achieve it. You will be responsible for controlling all aspects of the sales process, stock management, marketing, achieving pre-determined sales targets and delivering the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
