Our Client is looking to recruit a qualified General Manager for thier Gloucestershire dealership
This is a large dealership employing a team of 110 colleagues who generate £40m turnover per annum. Key departments include:-
Ford - New Car, New Commercial, Used Car, Service, Fast Fit, Bodyshop and
Parts Wholesale
Renault - New Car and Aftersales
Hyundai - Aftersales
Ford Sales - 500 New, 800 Car Fleet and 1000 Commercial
Renault - 300 New Car
Used - 1000 Retail
We are looking for individuals who have the experience, skills and track record to manage and drive a dealership of this size and complexity. You will be able to demonstrate excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills. You must be approachable and trustworthy and possess the ability to develop your team and manage change through customer focused strategic planning. This is a superb opportunity for an individual who possess significant motor retail General Management experience, preferably with the Ford franchise, and who feels ready to take on the challenge of this senior appointment.
