Brief Job Description:

The role of the General Manager is to drive profitable sales volume as well as ensuring that all operational aspects of the business run to maximum efficiency in support of this crucial goal. Candidates must have strong leadership and coaching skills, be sales driven and have an excellent knowledge of sales processes. This role would equally suite a retail sales management professional seeking a wider management role or a sales driven operational manager looking for a bigger challenge.

Candidates must have a proven track record driving a multi-million pound business, be a good business sales manager, and have the skills, personality and charisma to motivate and lead their team from the front.
