Job Description

The successful candidate should have extensive sales experience from the motor industry possible with some supervisory experience or responsibilities.
Your duties will include: -
Deputising in the absence of the Site Manager
Helping training and motivating a team of experienced sales executives,
Maximising sales revenues across all income streams
Monitoring and encouraging the team,
Compiling and analysing sales figures.
You must be able to demonstrate strong control with the sales process and stock. You must also be able to motivate, have an outstanding sales record and be highly organised.
