Direct Sales Agent

OTE £25,000 (Uncapped Earning Potential)

Locations cover, the whole of Wales, Gloucestershire, Somerset, Dorset and Devon.

Full driving licence required

ROLE DESCRIPTION

• Commission Only - Average earnings £25,000
• Uncapped earnings
• Flexible working hours to include regular weekend working

As a self-employed Sales Agent you will be responsible for selling the market leading breakdown recovery service in well-known retail sites.

You will be responsible for selling a portfolio of products to the consumer market. This will involve engaging with the general public, canvassing them and telling about the range of products available, building a rapport and selling the right products for their needs.

Due to the nature of the role, flexibility to adapt working hours to meet with customer requirements is essential.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Whilst previous sales experience is desirable, your character, drive and determination to succeed are equally important to become a self-employed Sales Agent.

Historically, applicants from a wide range of backgrounds including small business owners, retired military, taxi drivers and financial advisers have made a success of their own agency.

As you will be engaging with a variety of contacts, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In addition to this, you will be of smart appearance and have a professional approach.

As this is a field based role, it is essential that you are self-motivated, hold a positive attitude and will strive for success.
