A multi-national automotive company is currently seeking Finance & Insurance Field Managers who are articulate, flexible and highly professional to join a team of elite automotive professionals working in the Middle-East, North Africa and Asia. Integrity, initiative, ambition and a proven record of retail success is required.The candidate must be meticulous and mature with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. The ability to speak Arabic, Thai or any other regional language will be a big plus. You will live in the region where you work. The ideal candidate will also have experience as a GA, factory or F&I company rep. He or she must have proven track record of generating outstanding sales and/or F&I production. A positive and persuasive demeanor required to capitalize on selling opportunities with a dynamic approach.  We want aggressive self-starters with natural leadership skills and a great sense of humor.

Your responsibilities will be to supervise, train & assist retail car stores and distributors in the above mentioned markets. The candidate must be able to provide superior leadership and motivational guidance in the field.  He or she must be willing to work extended hours and travel throughout the region.
