Senior International Business Development Manager - Agricultural Sustainability Supply Chain & Consultancy Services Ref: 15185 Location: National/UK Role/International
THE ROLE:
This UK & International Business Development Manager position will involve selling a range of long-term agricultural sustainability supply chain auditing services and contracts, (upto multimillion pounds in value), covering the entire agricultural sustainability supply chain, within sectors such as cotton, carbon, GHG (greenhouse gases), meat and fish, tobacco, soya, wood and forestry, to ensure that internationally recognisable and multi-billion pound brands uphold their reputations, further ensure their brand protection and integrity, their visibility of supply to inform decision-making, adhere to bio-diversity and animal welfare, ensure products authenticity, achieve recognized assurances and ongoing support, achieve a streamlined and most efficient supply chain and so on. This Senior Business Development Role will involve a large amount of both UK and international travel, securing long-term contracts of significant values, dealing with major brands in a variety of markets, predominantly within the food processing/food manufacturing arena, as well as within major international retailers/distributors.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
*Based in the UK. *Strong Business Development background. *Experienced in sales of a service/contract. *Dealt with multi-million pound contracts. *Dealt with major brands, ideally within the food processing arena. *Big hitter! *Knowledge of the food chain/agricultural supply chain/sustainability issues. *Highly enthusiastic. *Excellent image. *Excellent relationship builder. *Able to travel.
THE PACKAGE:
Basic Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 basic (may pay more for someone exceptional)
Commission: Excellent bonus structure!
