Sales Manager - Agricultural Machinery

THE ROLE:

An exclusive Sales Manager position has arisen with a world leader in the agricultural machinery industry. This Sales Management role will involve managing a Field Sales team of 8 with full management responsibility as well as incorporating elements of sales and new business development. Selling the company's full range of agricultural machinery including tractors, combines, balers, foragers and telehandlers to specialist agricultural dealers and farmers throughout a UK sales territory. Based from the company's South East UK depot this Senior Sales Manager role will require that your sales, new business and account management capabilities are first class, reporting directly to the Managing Director, you are fully responsible for hitting all your targets for the sales area.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

*Must have proven sales management experience from within the agricultural machinery industry.
*Must have up to date industry knowledge and contacts having sold heavily via mentioned routes to market.
*Proven ability to implement sales strategies and influence a sales team.
*Adaptable professional with hands on approach to sales management.
*Excellent communicator.
*Long term relationship builder.
*New business development.
*Strong presentation skills.
*Team orientated.
*Autonomous figure / strong leader.
*Ambitious and career oriented.

THE PACKAGE:

Basic Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 basic (dependent upon experience)
Commission: 20% Bonus Scheme!!!
