What are we looking for?
We are seeking driven, sales focused, individuals, looking to start their careers in recruitment to join us in our Stevenage office.
Ideally we are looking for candidates with business to business sales skills, or some evidence of meeting and exceeding targets. You must be self motivated with the drive and determination to be successful.
The role of recruitment consultant is fast paced and exciting and you will need to be a confident communicator with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and clients. You must be adaptable and flexible in approach to keep abreast of what is happening in your ever changing market.
You won't need previous experience in your market sector, as we provide training in the technical aspects of your role, however if you have engineering or IT experience it may be an advantage.
You will need to hold a valid UK driving license.
