Sales Trainer

The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks including:

• The training and development of new salespeople via induction programmes, call coaching and feedback sessions
• Identifying training needs via measureable training needs analysis
• Work with current and develop new course materials and other documents such as handouts, manuals and exercises that are necessary for any new product launches, process changes etc.
• Ensuring all training/coaching has on ongoing impact
• Reviewing all training/coaching delivered, with a view of measuring it's effectiveness and identify areas for improvement

• Develop new sales training material for any new product launches, process changes etc

• Ensure all training delivered is of a professional standard and that employees are able to sell to the level required

Experience/Knowledge

• An in-depth understanding of online media
• Proven experience in delivering sales targets through training/coaching
• Sales experience ideally in advertising/media

Based in Brighton however the candidate must be willing to travel

Salary £23K per annum
