Telesales Executive - Online Advertising Solutions

THE ROLE:
This internal telesales executive position west midlands based, will involve selling a range of online advertising solutions to a wide range of market sectors throughout the UK sales territory and will require that your sales, new business and account management capabilities are first class. The role is office based, reporting directly to the Sales Director, you are fully responsible for hitting all your targets for the sales area.

One of the world's leading organizations in their field, with a multi-million pound turnover, due to continued growth, they are now looking for an additional telesales person to join their team to fulfil their future exciting expansion plans. They can offer excellent ongoing training and investment to successful individuals, as well as a lovely working environment.
THE CANDIDATE:
·Proven successful track record in a recent business to business internal sales position.
·Possessing natural sales ability.
·A pro-active, new business type sales person.
·A consultative sales person.
·Someone who is a quick learner and can hit the ground running.
·Possess a clear, understandable telephone manner.
·Highly motivated.
·Possessing unrivalled levels of enthusiasm.
·Looking for a long-term, stable opportunity.
·A closer.
THE PACKAGE:
Basic Salary: £16,000 - £18,000 basic.
Commission: £30,000 anticipated 1st year OTE Uncapped!!!
Benefits: Plus 25 days holiday, hours of work 9.15am to 5.30pm. Plus pension, share options, excellent working environment.
