Marketing Director

THE ROLE:

A Marketing Director position has arisen with a highly prestigious, global, multi-billion pound, massively successful and market-leading organisation. This Marketing Director role will involve managing a specific marketing business unit worldwide, with some foreign travel to the USA and Europe. Duties include full business unit marketing responsibility, team man-management in the UK and worldwide, full profit and loss responsibilities, budgets, market & competition analysis, assisting in new product development, margin responsibility, value chain analysis, value chain proposition, product placement, costing analysis, first hand primary and secondary research and will require that your management and marketing capabilities are first class. Reporting directly to the European Director, you are fully responsible for hitting all your targets.

THE CANDIDATE:

·In-depth marketing experience within their role/background. (Not just a catalogue designer!)
·Well experienced man-manager.
·Excellent presentation skills.
·Must be highly dynamic.
·First class team player.
·Possess excellent commercial flair.
·Experience in growing a business.
·Need at least 10 years sales experience.
·Strong personality.
·Sales focused.

THE PACKAGE:

Basic Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 basic (Possibly more for an exceptional candidate!)

Commission: £15,000 anticipated 1st year OTE Uncapped!!!
