Field Sales Executive - Radio Advertising Solutions
Location(s): East Midlands, West Midlands

THE ROLE:

This field sales/trainee field sales position will involve selling a range of radio advertising solutions throughout a wide range of markets within the SME and Blue chip market place within a West Midlands, East Midlands and Midlands sales territory, and will require that your sales, new business and account management capabilities are first class. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you are fully responsible for hitting all your targets for the sales area.

THE CANDIDATE:

·At least 1 year proven successful track record in a recent business to business sales position.
·Can be from an internal OR field sales background.
·Superb image.
·Fantastic presentation skills.
·Excellent rapport building skills.
·First class new business skills.
·Tenacious.
·Excellent closer.
·Strong character.
·Superb communication skills.
·Looking for long-term career progression.

THE PACKAGE:

Basic Salary: £17,000-£18,000 basic (dependent upon experience).

Commission: £25,000-£30,000 anticipated 1st year OTE Uncapped!!!
