Job Description

My client is looking for a proven online sales manager to join and make an immediate positive impact on mentoring and developing their UK sales team. The team currently stands at 7 and they have ambitious plans for expansion in the next year but are mindful of having good systems in place in order to effectively grow.

The role is very heavily focused on leading the team and ensuring targets are being achieved. The majority of the clients contracts are with the major online agencies so it's important you have a good understanding of the agencies and their general sales process in order to effectively direct to deadlines and time frames.

You'll have a limited personal target as it's key that the team see you as someone to be available to manage them and their targets.

This role would suit someone with an excellent marketing mind within the remit of online media. Who is able to demonstrate previous success of managing sales teams within the current media market place.
