AREA SALES MANAGER: SOUTH LONDON AND SOUTHERN HOME COUNTIES: HEATING CONTROLS: £28-33K BASIC: 10% OF BASIC SALARY BY WAY OF ANNUAL BONUS: BENEFITS
DO YOU HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF HEATING CONTROLS?? ARE YOU AN ENGINEER LOOKING TO GET INTO SALES?
THE ROLE:
* Responsible for managing your own territory comprising of Kingston, Sutton, Croydon, South London, Bromley and Twickenham.
* Selling domestic heating controls (radiators, thermostats, room clock and valves) into contractors, specifiers, local authorities and wholesale merchants.
THE PERSON:
* You must have an understanding of these products, either you are an experienced sales person or you may be an engineer who's looking for a move into sales.
* If you've sold into the same marketplace then that would be a bonus.
* Another key requirement is that you can demonstrate stability, this company has a very low turnover of staff, they wish this trend to continue!!!
THE PACKAGE:
* £28k upwards on the base.
* Annual bonus based on the companies ongoing increase in turnover.
* Company Car, Vauxhall Vectra, Ford Mondeo, Renault Laguna or a Peugeot 407.
* 25 days holiday.
* Mobile phone.
* BUPA cover.
* Home office set up.
* Visa Card for expenses.
* £3.50 per day lunch allowance.
