About the Role...
As Sales Manager, your primary focus will be on their Corporate Cash Plan.
The plan is an innovative low cost - high value product offered to companies as a benefit to employees. It runs alongside any existing Private Medical Insurance the company may have with a different provider.
As Sales Manager, you will have an exclusive dedicated territory across Herts, Beds, Bucks and Berks. Through networking and referrals you can sell Nationally.
The owner of this franchise territory is a proven success in this field and still very much a hands - on sales consultant himself.
A very realistic £50,000 to £75,000 OTE is achievable, even within your first year. Only 10% of your commissions go to the franchise owner to cover administrative costs.
You will gain great knowledge, motivation and support through on-going training from the franchise owner and the Healthcare Insurer themselves.
Full product training is training is offered at a 5 day residential course
About You...
You are a proven Business to Business sales professional, excited at the prospect and autonomy of being your "own boss".
You are a self motivated sales professional, capable of working from home, managing your own time and setting your own "targets".
You have infinite levels of ambition to be successful and able to support long term relationships with customers.
Ideally, you have a pipeline of relationships with Business contacts that will immediately "open their doors" to you.
