Unusual role for experienced healthcare IT performance/ business improvement specialist. This dynamic organisation is a public-private partnership launched in February 2006 that aims to improve the quality and efficiency of health and social care through better use of information. It aims to make it easier for professionals and the public to access health and social care information through a range of innovative products and services.
The company is now looking to appoint a talented Account Manager for the Central South region (ideal base M4 corridor - Reading) to provide expert, high quality business analysis, project management, training and support to all customers that have purchased the company's information tools.
Key tasks will include:
" In depth data analysis in order to write comprehensive reports to assist in product offering recommendations and performance improvement delivery for customers
" Effective account management
" In depth customer business analysis
" Assist customers to embed the use of the company's tools within their management information processes and drive active change management projects on the back of this generating benefits realisation for the customer and case studies for the company
" To work across the company's teams in an account management framework, to maximise customer satisfaction and experience, driving brand loyalty and maintenance of revenue streams
" Working across all areas and levels of the current customer base (SHA /AHT/ PCT/ Commissioning Groups/GP)
" Provision of Project Management skills to support the implementation of data analysis tools and the planning and delivery of bespoke projects identified as a priority by the customer or by the company's strategy team.
" Act as an expert in patient/information flows across the local health economy for the customer and colleagues.
In order to apply you should have:
" Strong business focus, planning and business development skills
" Commercial experience in the NHS
" Training and development experience in an NHS or Pharmaceutical role within a PCT, Acute trust, SHA or allied NHS body
" Project management experience
" Analytical skills, must have knowledge of simple statistical factors in analysis
" Excellent communication skills - 1;1, group presentations and written
" Ideally a clinical background eg as a nurse
" Graduate level education - MBA would be an advantage
