Customer Account Manager - Portadown
£14,500 - £16,000 OTE £29,000
Our client, a leading financial services organisation is looking for a Customer Account Manager to join its expanding team. Ideal candidates will come from a debt recovery or collections background with experience of working to targets and deadlines, a strong and stable employment history is essential.
On a daily basis you will be dealing with on-going accounts, finding solutions for accounts in arrears, chasing up late payments via telephone and face to face and re-negotiating payment plans when necessary.
You will be working 35 hours per week Monday to Friday between the hours of 9- 5 pm, also 1 in 4 Saturday mornings , suitable candidates need to be flexible in the early evenings . In return our client offers an excellent package of £14,500 - £16,000 basic, with the potential to earn 100% of your basic with quarterly bonuses, basic salary depends on experience. Also 25 days holiday, pension, life assurance and share save scheme.
You must have a driving license and access to your own vehicle as for a few hours of the week you will be out on the field visiting on-going customers. You will be mostly office based and report to the branch manager. As our client offers an excellent training package and career progression steps this would be an idea role for someone who wants to expand their knowledge of the industry and progress to management level.
