Advertising Telesales Executive sought by my client who are an award winning and rapidly expanding national student magazine with a readership of over 600,000 per year!
Due to their continued success and expected expansion from 20 to 25 cites they are now recruiting for an Advertising Telesales Executive to work from their Norwich head office.
THE ROLE
As an Advertising Telesales Executive you will be selling advertising space within my clients printed magazine as well as online advertising which is distributed in colleges and universities nationwide.
You will be gaining new business with local and national companies via telesales and email.
You will be working from a comprehensive internal database as well as self-sourcing leads.
You will be mainly dealing with marketing managers, business owners and managing directors.
Duties will also include general administration, sending marketing letters / emails, responding to emails, updating the CRM database etc.
You will be based from the Norwich (NR1) office with easy public transport links.
THE PERSON
The successful Advertising Telesales Executive will ideally have business to business (B2B) sales or telesales experience.
Experience is not essential, however a desire to succeed, drive and enthusiasm is!
You must be PC literate (MS Office).
You must have a great work ethic, excellent organisational skills, be articulate, outgoing, have an excellent telephone manner and be able to work as part of a team, to tight deadlines.
The role is based in Norwich, so you must be within commutable distance.
THE PACKAGE
£12,000 basic salary.
£18,000 OTE Uncapped.
20 days + statutory holidays (rising to 25).
Monthly incentives, including days off, early finish etc.
