We have an exciting, challenging and rewarding career opportunity for a hardworking, self-motivated Telesales Manager. The successful candidate will be dynamic, driven and ambitious with an excellent proven track record in sales and motivating a team. Your role will be based primarily on supervising the existing telesales team in promoting new business development via outbound sales calls to new and existing customers working from a fully integrated and established database of existing UK customers and prospects.  This is a business to business sales environment and the successful candidate will drive the sales team in developing these current customers as well as actively pursuing new business.  The hours of work will be Monday to Friday - regular office hours, with no weekend working required.
