We are currently looking for Local Sales Consultants to join us at think social biz. Our Product is unique to the Irish Market & UK market place & our flagship product offers enormous potential to local businesses within Ireland & the UK. Our product has been created due to the recent explosion in social media activity it offers businesses the opportunity to connect with thousands of potential customers & the chance to start developing a social media strategy for their business.
This is a product that is making an enormous impact on the marketing landscape for local businesses. Were looking for the very best sales people in Ireland & the UK to join our team and continue driving revenues forward for years to come.
Responsibilities

The successful Marketing Consultant will:
Identify a high volume of prospective clients for Think Social Biz throughout their territory.
Sell the benefits of a Bespoke Facebook Business Page as a powerful marketing tool, and acquire commitment from a variety of new businesses on a weekly basis.
Meet individual sales targets.
Required Skills/Experience

We're looking for the best and brightest. In order to be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate the following qualities:
Experience working within a high-volume and targeted field sales environment.
First-rate communication and presentation skills with the ability to sell at all decision-making levels.
Excellent working knowledge of social media, including Facebook and Twitter.
Self-motivated with an excellent work ethic.
Ability to think quickly and adapt to unforeseen challenges at a moments notice.
An outgoing personality and a great sense of humour.
Compensation
Uncapped Commission Structure
Great Chances for promotion.

This is a commission only role for the first month, but a basic of £20,000 per year plus commision will be offered to those achieving target. Commission is at 50% for those who are on commission only so each sale is worth £125 minimum & this product is not a hard sell. Our new reps are averaging 6 sales a week in their first month.
