This company is by far the market leader in property advertising. Area Sales Manager Major Advertising Account Sales JOB TITLE: Area Sales Manager. AREA: North. BASED: Home based on patch. BASIC: £48.5K. OTE: £85K+ uncapped. THE ROLE ·An outstanding earning potential is available for candidates with a proven track record in growing and managing field sales representatives, to work as an Area Sales Manager managing advertising accounts. ·This opportunity is for an experienced, strategic, senior field sales team manager and will involve managing 3 Regional Sales Managers of major accounts and their field sales teams. ·These teams sell internet based property advertising into the company's major accounts. ·The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the managers and the teams under them grow, hit targets, perform and excel ·A key part of this role is to share the strategic direction of the business, demonstrate leadership, act as a role model and support company values across the Area Sales Manager's part of the department. THE COMPANY ·This company is by far the market leader in property advertising. ·With a company turnover of £25.4million and a group turnover of £53million, opportunities for progression and a long career are plentiful. ·Their website is in the UK top 20 sites above sites such as Yahoo, Tesco and Friends Reunited. KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED ·The successful applicant will have a proven track record in growing and managing field sales representatives. ·The ideal candidates will have been working as a senior manager and directing managers below themselves. ·Applicants with a media, online, telecoms or advertising backgrounds are sought for this position.
