Job Description

Business Development Director role - Well established Marketing Agency - Fantastic salary and benefits package £45k OTE £58-61k Uncapped - Targeting Blue Chip organizations and agencies - Moving the business forward - Nurture existing accounts - Face to face client visits

As a Business Development Director you will be confident, creative, and be able to demonstrate a strong capability of setting and achieving specified sales targets and commercial objectives. You should also be able to create a business strategy to meet divisional targets. Our Client recently celebrated their 10th Anniversary and is in a key development stage for growth and implementing plans for the future. Consequently they are looking for a senior member of the team to fulfil the role of New Business Development Director to not only handle existing business but to develop and extend our current client portfolio.

RESPONSIBILITIES - Business Development Director
• Create and develop a Sales strategy ensuring the company achieve targets
• Selling Sales Promotions into the Travel and Leisure Industries
• Proactively conduct sales calls to prove your ability and status
• Report to Managing Director on all aspects of Sales
• Service Current client portfolio, both corporate and agencies
• Spearhead a new business development drive
• Take briefs and respond to them in conjunction with the operations team

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES - Business Development Director
• Be self motivated and enjoy a challenge
• Work productively in a friendly team environment
• Have a proven track record in a Sales role
• Although industry experience is not essential it would be beneficial
• Show confidence and professionalism when meeting with Clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
