Travel Publishing are leading publishers of attractively illustrated travel guides (including guides published in conjunction with Country Living Magazine) covering England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales. The editorially-based guides contain advertisements for places to stay, eat, drink and shop and are sold through high street bookshops and internet booksellers.
The advertising sales executive is responsible for selling full colour advertising entries for the travel guides and the associated website - (web address removed) . The job-holder will be based in specified geographical areas around the UK and will be provided with fully researched sales appointments by the company's telemarketing team. Commission on all advertising orders sold as well as expense allowances are paid on a weekly basis.
Potential candidates should have experience in field sales, enjoy selling to small businesses and be prepared to use their own car. Full sales training and sales aids will be provided by the company.
