Role

Effectory is named by Deloitte as one of the 500 fastest growing companies in Europe and now they are going to enter the UK market. To boost their market position they are looking for a commercial country manager with general management skills who will set up and expand their UK Office together with their international Business Development Manager. Employee engagement is a very topical subject in Human Resource Management in the United Kingdom and organisations are increasingly investing more time and energy into employee retention.

The main remit for the first year of this role is business planning, business development, marketing and sales. At the same time you will be responsible for P & L, general and operational management and you will need to create a team that fully meets their exceptional organisational culture: dynamic, ambitious, energetic, professional and willing to go the extra mile.

What we're looking for

Effectory are looking for someone who has the ability to be a comprehensive partner in their corporate strategic HR business. The ideal candidate will:

*have an affinity with HR matters and research
*have an ability to make potential clients as well as potential employees enthusiastic for their approach
*have experience in aspects of running a business (marketing and sales, HR, finance, process/operational management)
*have experience with consultative selling and/or advising at boardroom level
*have experience in being responsible for the P & L process
*be an inspiring leader who leads from the front
*have excellent business presentation skills
*have a relevant university degree; preferably in business administration or a related field
*demonstrate excellent listening skills and be sharp on successes and pitfalls
*be a likable and energetic person with a helicopter view
