Telesales Executive - Golf Package With advertising Sponorship Product - Farringdon /London

There are 3,500 golf clubs in the UK and they all have around 700 members who pay an annual membership of £1k - £10k depending on the club. However the golf club members only use the facility at weekends and so during the week the course is quiet!

So this fantastic company, sell unique packages to corporate businesses within a 20 mile radius of each course they work with.

The telesales executive role requires you to sell a 2 year corporate golf membership, these packages average out at £995. The package entitles the client to 8 rounds of golf per month which is 192 rounds over 2 years. Great value for money

There are specific times the client cannot use the golf card, but as it is a corporate Client that will purchase it - they would only ever use the golf card during the week anyway.

Golf clubs love this as it brings in business when they are normally quiet; it attracts people to their additional facilities that golf clubs tend to offer its members like bars and spas and results in the club making money when they would normally be quiet.

In addition to the membership they also receive an advertisement on the website in the form of a branded Banner, which acts as a link through the clients own corporate Website. It is only MDs and CEOs that look at these websites, and so the networking opportunity is huge.

This job is not for someone who only has experience in inbound telesales, upgrading accounts with add ons etc No we need tenacious sales people with experience in making cold cold calls, and lots of them.

You will be making 300 dials a day, pitching this fantastic product to businesses in the remit of the golf club that is assigned to you. All your leads are generated for you, all you have to do is pick up the phone and call!

The sales floor is buzzy and these people are making some serious cash!

The basic is low £1000 a month BUT dont be put off. Sales is all about making money! The commission structure is lucrative and easy to make a lot of money.

They offer 2 packages:

1) £12k basic, with 10% of each of your own deal closed. If you close 15 sales at £1k you get 12.5% commission & an additional tax free bonus of £500 which is given to you in cash in 50s on the sales floor fresh from the directors own pocket

2) £15k basic with 3% commission if you bill £10k per month.

(Good sales people will go for option 1 obviously!)

There are also additional cash incentives and holidays continually, tickets to football or shows etc! They really reward you if you put the effort in!
