Work for the world's largest global provider of serviced offices, our client is in a unique position to work with other leading corporations around the world on the strategic outsourcing of their property requirements.
The General Manager/sales executive is responsible and clearly focussed on generating new sales, achieving and maintaining centre sales targets, marketing and financial objectives. Furthermore the GM is responsible for the Profit and Loss of the centre, the management / development of the centre team specialised in customer service as well as ensuring high centre quality & standards are delivered. This role is new business orientated and the sucessful applicant will be given the opportunity of working with a lot of 'warm leads' provided by in house and external sources. You will also be responsible for renewals of all existing client contracts and as such we are looking for someone with excellant time management skills as well as a proven sales person.
In order to be considered for this role you will need to have a minimum of three years field sales experience with an equal split of new business and account management, you will have consistently over achieved all set objectives whether they are revenue or KPI based. This, combined with an exceptional knowledge of sales as a process, will make you the ideal candidate.
